For the purpose of hanging string lights around my windows and along the railing of my porch, I used this product. To begin, the hooks' robust construction was the first item that caught my attention and pleased me. My confidence that they would be able to support the weight of my lights was bolstered by the fact that they come off as solid and well-made. The waterproof adhesive strips are a very welcome addition, particularly for those of us who reside in regions where the weather is prone to being unexpected. In spite of the fact that the installation procedure was simple, I must confess that it took a little bit longer than I had anticipated. The fact that I wanted to make sure that each hook was properly aligned makes me believe that this was partially due to my own perfectionism. The adhesive strips cling nicely to the majority of surfaces; however, I discovered that they did not adhere as well to some of the portions of my siding that had a higher degree of roughness. In order to guarantee that those areas would have a solid grip, I ended up using a little amount of more glue.
