**THIS IS AN EDIT to my previous one star review.** the seller reached out in response to my review and instantly made an effort to resolve my issue. Great and quick customer service. I did receive a replacement item and shipping was very quick. I have not been able to test the new set since I live in New England and it is quite cold outside now. I’ve changed my rating to 5 stars due to the fast-acting customer service I received and the replacement set being received. I will update my review in the future to attest to my new set!***As soon as we hung the lights the wire snapped from one the bulbs. Very disappointed. Wanted to love these because of its many pros. But because of the lack of durability and usability I have to rate 1 star.I will be reaching out to seller in hopes of the replacing so I will update my review if replaced and if replacement meets standards.Each light string only had a single twist tie bundling the string together in the package. Once that was undone it became a tangled mess that was difficult to unknot and took longer to untangle the string than it actually took to install them. I tried to carefully find a way to unroll the second strand without it getting knotted but ended up with the same mess. Other than the untangling issue, the lights function fine and look nice.The lights are nice and pretty shatterproof, which I can attest to after installing and dropping on the ground a few times. The lights are pretty spaced out on the strand. Could definitely use more lights, and they are not real bright. Not sure if that is because the solar power source is getting too much shade throughout the day, but they do look nice and are stylish. The remotes do not seem to work. I tried both after removing the plastic piece from the battery. Not sure if I am doing something wrong, but couldn't get them to work and had to turn the lights on from the solar power source.I bought a couple of sets of these for a backyard party and really enjoy them. They were very easy to install and the lights synced to one remote once I had them installed. I have found them brighter than some of the other string lights I've had and they were perfect for the occassion.When received noticed only one set of lights were in the box. Remotes hooks and other accessories were missing. Then to top it off the one solar panel that did arrive never charged. Would not recommend this to anyone at this time as I could not use them. Maybe in the future... UPDATE!! UPDATE!! After writing this review they reached out to me and replaced both sets of lights and accessories. This was a surprise as most company's on here don't even take the time to make sure the customer is happy. They could have just taken the old lights back and refunded me which they did! But the stepped up more by sending me new lights free of charge, These lights work well at camp. I would recommend now that these are stand up people and a stand up company! Thanks Alice at Wonderfulgoods.I put up my set of two string lights up over the weekend (solar ones). I used the remote included to turn them off after one night. The next night, I tried to turn them on with the remote and only one turned on. I then noticed i should've received two remotes, one for each string. What do I need to do to remedy this? And why did the one remote work to turn both off but not on? Would've rated these 4.5/5 if evrtything was received and worked.Sometimes if we have an overcast, it doesn’t get much charge-and it will blink.If they didn't randomly turn on they'd be great. Other than that they look good.
